To embed a HTML code into the help system, you should insert a specified hyperlink to mo:html to the source document and enable the Link Extend/Embed add-in. 

For example, to embed a screencast.com video:

1.       Copy the HTML code from screencast.com

2.       Insert a hyper link to mo:html to the source document:
