Index entries: Add the index entries of the source document to the index list.
Bookmarks: Add the bookmarks in the source document to the index list.

what bookmarks to add.
Note: Microsoft
Word may add many bookmarks to the document automatically.
All: Add all the bookmarks.
Partial: Add only the bookmarks with the specified prefix.
Bookmark prefixes: Specified the prefixes for the bookmarks. Multiple prefixes should be separated by commas (,).
